Update of the organisational, management and control model
The Model was updated upon the resolution of the board of directors on 26 June 2013 following the amendments to Legislative decree no. 231/2001 made by Law no. 190 of 6 November 2012 (also known as the anti-corruption law)
Identify specific types of training on the Group’s code of ethics and begin implementing them
This action needs to be reconsidered. Priority was given to defining training on the aforementioned update of the organisational, management and control model.
