  • Update of the organisational, management and control model
  • The Model was updated upon the resolution of the board of directors on 26 June 2013 following the amendments to Legislative decree no. 231/2001 made by Law no. 190 of 6 November 2012 (also known as the anti-corruption law)
  • Identify specific types of training on the Group’s code of ethics and begin implementing them
  • This action needs to be reconsidered. Priority was given to defining training on the aforementioned update of the organisational, management and control model.
